We have both in-person Sunday School and worship services according to our regular schedule. All services will meet in our sanctuary, and proper social distancing will be practiced. Anyone who desires to wear a mask to the services is welcome to do so.
We livestream all of our services (Sunday AM, Sunday PM, and Wednesday PM) to both our church's Facebook page and our church's YouTube channel, and the livestreams will remain saved after the services in both locations for later viewing. So, anyone who is not able to join us in person can still join with us in worship. If you are a "Virtual Visitor" who joins us on our livestream, then please take a moment to go to our website's "Connect With Us" page and drop us a line to let us know that you were visiting with us. Or, feel free to post a comment on the Facebook video to let us know that you're visiting with us as well. Click the button below to be taken to our Audio/Video Sermons Page, where you can find links to the service videos as well as the audio recordings of the messages. Or, the links to our social media can be found at the bottom of this page.
Whether it's in-person or online, we look forward to having you worship with us!
As a Bible-believing Southern Baptist church affiliated with the Cabarrus Baptist Association, this is our vision. At Blackwelder Park Baptist Church, these three statements are what we seek to exemplify in everything we do. 1 HOPE -- In I Peter 3:15, the Bible tells us that we should "... sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear." 1 HEART -- Acts 2:46-47 shows the mindset of the early church. The church "continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart." They were one heart and as they grew, and God added to the church daily. 1 MISSION -- Matthew 28:19-20 gives us the Great Commission that Christ left for us: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you..." We are to make disciples, baptize them, and teach them to obey His commands.
